Most of Us Tend to Break Laws Laid Down by Our Own Society-1

There, is no doubt that countless people flout the various types of laws and regulations laid down by Government, and also by society itself, for regulating the affairs of the country. Unfortunately, myriads of people have become law breakers and non-conformists. There are several reasons why people flout the laws prescribed by the Government and the regulations designed to ensure normal and peaceful life and maintain order in various arenas of activity.

About half the people living in this country are illiterate and generally ignorant of most of the laws passed by parliment and the various statte legislatures. So, ignorance born of illiteracy is one important reason for non-compliance with laws. In advanced countries where there is 100 percent literacy, flouting of laws and rules of social conduct is uncommon.
